For Melissa and her dad, Cankat, the kitchen has always been more than a place to cook. It is where they spend time together, try new flavours and share plenty of laughs. That father-and-daughter connection became the inspiration behind Mel’s Kitchen, named after Melissa herself.

The story began in our family shop, where Cankat established the brand at International Food Centre. What started locally has grown into a range of carefully selected cooking oils, pantry favourites and snacks, while keeping the family values behind the brand.

Mel’s Kitchen is part of their family story: inspired by Melissa, created by her dad and born in our family shop.
