- your company name, if you provide one;
- the service or product category you are interested in; and
- the content of your message.
Where you have accepted optional cookies, we also collect limited technical information such as the pages you visit and the type of device you use.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- Replying to your enquiry — lawful basis: legitimate interests (running our business and responding to people who contact us). Where a supply or co-packing contract is under discussion, the basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Optional analytics and marketing cookies — lawful basis: your consent, given through our cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.
- Keeping business and tax records — lawful basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
We do not use your enquiry details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us and then deleted. If we enter into a business relationship, the related records are kept for six years after the end of the relevant financial year, as required by UK accounting and tax law. Cookie consent records are kept for up to 12 months, after which the banner will ask you again.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers who host this website and store our enquiry records, and with our accountants or professional advisers where necessary. They act on our instructions under written agreements. Where any provider stores data outside the UK, we rely on the UK's adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum.
Keeping it safe
Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database. Only authorised members of the Benatura Ltd team can read them, using individual accounts.

Optional cookies are blocked until you accept them. You can review or change your choice at any time using the link, and read the detail in our Cookie Policy.
