Production with Adige Brothers Ltd

Everything we do runs through our own packing operation on the Kent coast, so we can see and control the detail.

Inside the production line

Bulk goods arrive, are checked in against their paperwork and are held in dry, temperature-appropriate storage. From there we weigh, fill, seal, label and date-code by batch, then case up ready for retail or onward distribution. We handle nuts, seeds, dried fruit, powders, ground coffee, pastes and spreads, and bottled cold-pressed oils, into pouches, jars, bottles and resealable bags.

Hygiene and housekeeping

The line is cleaned down between runs, with separate handling and clear changeovers where allergens are involved. Every batch is recorded so a finished pack can be traced back to the goods it was filled from. Staff work to written hygiene procedures and the site follows a documented cleaning schedule.
